We held workshop at Dream Center in Gyeong-ju from 22th April to 23th April, 2016.During the workshop, we had presentations for all employees' business plans and awards ceremonies and also we conducted some special events such as compliment relay, a long service award and art-healing programs for social gathering and unity. 

On December 17, 2015, a ceremony was held to designate small and medium-sized enterprises that are excellent in fostering talents.With about 200 people in attendance, we also participated in the ceremony and got credit as an excellent company which improved corporate performance and shared it so that workers grew up together and received Human Resource development certificate. 

 On December 5, 2015, We ILJIN AND were honored with the million Export Monument on the 52nd Trade Day. 

On the 46th day of taxpayers' Day, the National Tax Service awarded presidential citation to a company that helped establish an advanced tax culture, and We, ILJIN AND was also on the list of prize winner and had the honor of being given presidential citation as the best taxpayer.
