December 28, 2018, we conducted climbing event to strengthen friendship and fitness for employees before the year-end party.
This climbing event was conducted by teams. We divided 4 teams such as administrative department, quality assurance department, sales department and IJXCOM. And team leader leaded their team and climbed the mountain on the Jangsan entrance → Ongnyeobong → Jungbong → Sports Park course.
Despite unforeseen cold weather, all the staff were able to climb the mountain to the last course working together.
We supported each team to have a warm tea time after climbing, and they also had time to talk about stories that they had never been able to talk to each other during working.
Through climbing event, we were able to improve the team's sense of belonging and unity, and it was time to close the year warmly.
